The Research Data Management Organiser (RDMO) has established itself as the most widely used tool for data management plans (DMP) by universities and non-university research institutions across Germany. In this hands-on workshop, participants learned how to work with and further develop interoperable and standardised DMP templates using the NFDI DMP Template.

The fourth FDM-Werkstatt took place at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf from 23–25 March 2026. It was organised by fdm.nrw in cooperation with the RDM Competence Centre of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, CEPLAS, DataPLANT and NFDI4BIOIMAGE.
What is the FDM-Werkstatt?
The community workshop FDM-Werkstatt invites you to learn from and with each other in sessions led by your peers. New features and use cases of RDM tools can be introduced, tried out, experimented with and discussed.
