RDMO Earth-Sensor: Poster at Data Science Symposium 2026

NFDI4Earth will present the poster "RDMO Earth-Sensor: A DMP Tool for applications in earth-system science" at the 11th Data Science Symposium.

The RDMO Earth-Sensor catalogue provides a user-friendly and interoperable solution for creating high-quality FAIR DMPs and supports cooperative workflows to share observation-based metadata across institutions. This exchange feature is particularly relevant in the case of research projects involving several project partners. The poster gives an overview of the newly developed catalogue features developed within an incubator project of DMP4NFDI together with NFDI4Earth and colleagues from the Helmholtz research field ‘Earth and Environment’.

The 2026 Data Science Symposium is organised on October 8th & 9th at GEOMAR in Kiel. This 11th Data Science Symposium is the next annual event of a series of symposia organised by Helmholtz Earth & Environment centres.
