Initiatives at ZB MED and NFDI on metadata for software and AI models

Abstract

At the 17th Semantic Web in Libraries Conference (SWIB25), we presented a Lightning Talk on our approach to schema.org-based metadata for software (compatible with Software Management Plans) and AI models. This included tools that make it easier for researchers to share metadata for their own research artifacts.
